Privacy Policy

When you set up the app, we ask for your name so we can greet you personally. That name is stored locally in your browser — it never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (e.g. when sending an invite).

No account is required to use Potluck Spaces. We do not collect your email address without your consent. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe handles payment information directly — we never see or store your card details.

The information we have is used solely to power the app experience — personalising your greeting, remembering your events and contributions, and keeping your spaces organised. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond making the product work for you.

We use Stripe to process payments for paid plans. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for securing your payment information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party, ever.

Questions about your privacy? Open the app and reach out through the profile screen, or simply delete your local data at any time by clearing your browser storage.
